The Box Stretch Wrapper with Top Press & Pre-Stretch is a fully equipped industrial-grade packaging machine designed to offer maximum stability, wrapping efficiency, and cost savings for a wide range of box and carton applications. Built for high-volume operations and challenging load profiles, this model combines top-press stabilization and pre-stretch film technology into a single, powerful unit. It is the ideal solution for facilities wrapping lightweight, unstable, or tall boxes that require both containment force and reduced film usage.
At the core of the system is a pre-stretch film carriage that stretches film up to 250%–300% before it contacts the product. This extends film coverage while maintaining strong containment force, allowing for significant film savings—up to 50% compared to conventional wrappers. Pre-stretching also enhances film performance, giving it better grip and minimizing film breaks, even when wrapping large or irregularly shaped box loads.
The standout feature of this model is the top press system, a pneumatically or mechanically actuated platen that applies downward pressure on the top of the box during the wrapping cycle. This is essential for lightweight, top-heavy, or unstable loads, which could otherwise shift, tilt, or collapse during rotation. The top press ensures the load remains perfectly centered and compressed, resulting in a uniform and tight wrap from bottom to top.
The motorized turntable is built with heavy-duty materials and engineered to rotate large and heavy boxes smoothly.
