The VPS-UCT-600-TD Semi-Automatic Uniform Carton Sealer with Easy Manual Carton Size Adjustment has a 4-belt design (2 top and 2 bottom).The machine comes complete with in feed/exit conveyors, casters, power cord, and plug.
The operator simply folds the top flats of the corrugated carton and feeds it into the machine. The VPS-UCT-600-TD can be easily adjusted in only seconds to process a different size carton.

The machine comes complete with infeed/exit conveyors, casters, power cord, and plug.
The operator simply folds the top flats of the corrugated carton and feeds it into the machine. It applies a single tape to both the top and bottom of the case simultaneously. It can be easily adjusted in only seconds to process a different size carton. Excellent for narrower boxes.

Automatic Pneumatic Carton Sealer Machine for Random Carton Sizes
Model: VPS-CTPA-5050P
VPS-CTPA-5050P tape-sealer is an automatic sealing of random-size carton boxes. The carton box must be introduced into the machine with the top flaps already closed: the upper taping head and the side driving belts automatically adjust to the box dimensions. The top and the bottom flaps are simultaneously sealed. Ideal solution for carton boxes with a maximum 50-cm width and height.
The machine works with PP adhesive tapes with width up to 60 mm and core diameter 75 mm.
Used in circumstance where carton size is changed frequently at lower speed or where carton size is not changed frequently at highest speed medium.
