For new startups, we generally suggest plain zipper stand-up pouches as they are readily available in stock and do not require cylinder making. If you need brand visibility, we offer digital printing and screen printing for customization on standard stand-up pouches. Fully printed packaging requires cylinder making and is manufactured to order based on your specific design.
Yes, our 100mm induction sealer can easily seal jars with smaller dimensions, such as a 66mm amber glass jar. The machine is designed to target and seal only the required foil area over the jar's mouth. This ensures an airtight, tamper-proof seal without interfering with the threads, allowing your outer cap to still close perfectly.
We offer specialized inflatable air column bags and air cushion rolls perfectly sized for 14-inch and 15-inch laptops. These air tube packaging solutions provide excellent shock absorption and structural protection during courier transit. The air columns act as independent shock absorbers, ensuring high-value electronics remain completely safe from impact damage.
Stretch film rolls are the best choice for wrapping and securing outer cartons and furniture during transport, as they stretch and cling tightly without heat. On the other hand, POF or PVC shrink wrap is ideal for individual retail boxes. Shrink sheets require a conveyor heat machine to automatically shrink and seal tightly around the item without using tape.
For standard e-commerce shipping, our 50 GSM to 70 GSM bubble layer offers excellent protection. However, if 70 GSM is too thick for your specific requirements, we can customize the inner layer to 50 GSM. We manufacture plain grey bubble POD courier bags and attach the bubble wrap fresh upon receiving your order to prevent any pre-transit damage to the air cells.

Currently, we do not offer custom printing or customization services for spout pouches. Our customization capabilities—including digital printing, screen printing, and cylinder-based rotogravure printing—are strictly focused on standard zipper stand-up pouches and center seal packaging bags. For liquid and spout packaging, we only provide standard unprinted options.
We stock premium readymade stand-up pouches that are perfect for 100-gram tea packaging. If you prefer a minimalist look, our plain pouches are available in ready inventory for immediate dispatch.
